Lawful by design
Searching land registers by first and last name, and bulk copying of data from the EKW system, infringes data protection law (GDPR). A land register (KW) number is personal data — as confirmed by the President of the Polish Data Protection Office (UODO, 2020) and the Supreme Administrative Court (NSA, 2025).
Data obtained this way is processed without a legal basis. Unlawful processing of personal data may lead to administrative liability (UODO fines of up to EUR 20 million or 4% of turnover), as well as civil and criminal liability (Art. 107 of the Polish Personal Data Protection Act).
Using such sources and further processing data obtained from them may also expose the user to legal liability — in Poland, in the EU and in other countries with similar laws.
Parcel uses only official, open data (GUGiK). No search by person, no own database of land registers. You enter the KW number yourself and it stays only on your account.

No. It is an informational report based on public data (GUGiK, Geoportal). It does not replace an official extract from the land register or the cadastre.

The area is computed from the boundary geometry and is approximate. The binding area is recorded in the land and building register (EGiB) kept by the county office.
No. It is informational – binding are the plan resolution (extract from the commune office) and connection conditions from network operators. Coverage depends on what communes and counties publish.
