DRAFT FOR LEGAL REVIEW – this document is not yet binding. Version of 2026-11-01 (staging). The Polish version prevails.
§1. General provisions
- These Terms govern the use of the Parcel service ("Service") at parcel.imetroll.com, including services provided electronically under the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.
- The Service is operated by IMETROLL – Laboratory of Technology sp. z o.o., ul. §2. Services
- Free account: map, parcel search, administrative areas, basic parcel data.
- Paid services: parcel report (PDF), report packs, agent plan, company account; prices and scope as in the current price list on the home page. Prices are gross unless the price list states otherwise.
- Integration services (file export, CRM connectors, API with webhooks) – under a separate order or custom quote; test API keys are issued self-service.
- Reports are for information only, are not official documents and do not replace official extracts from the land and building register, zoning plan or land register. The Operator is not liable for the timeliness or completeness of public-source data.
§3. Land registers (KW) – rules
- The Service retrieves land register information only for a KW number entered by the User. The result is stored only on that User's account.
- The Service does not allow searching land registers or parcels by person (name, PESEL) and keeps no own land register database. Mass downloading, including automated querying to build datasets, is prohibited.
- The Service does not show owners' data (personal data is masked) nor encumbrance, mortgage or credit data (KW sections III and IV).
§4. Account and User obligations
- Registration requires an e-mail address; login uses a one-time link or code sent by e-mail.
- The User shall use the Service lawfully, in particular in line with data protection law, and shall not supply unlawful content.
- The User is responsible for keeping the account and API keys confidential. An API key is shown once; the Operator stores only its cryptographic hash.
§5. Payments
- Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Stripe) – card, BLIK. The Operator does not process or store full card data.
- A sales document (invoice) is issued after payment using the details provided at purchase.
§6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
A consumer may withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons. This right does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (report) where performance began with the consumer's express consent before the end of the withdrawal period and after being informed of the loss of the right (Art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
