Parcel calls your HTTPS endpoint when an offer changes. Each request is signed (HMAC-SHA256), retried on failure and visible in the delivery log.

File tools – see them on a real report

All files below are real exports from the demo report (Piaseczno, parcel 9/5). The API sandbox is free for everyone. Full integrations and file tools are included in the subscription from 69 PLN, and for Agency agents in the Studio and Agency plans.

Boundary, numbers, vertices, neighbouring parcels, coordinate table and description (layers). Opens in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, BricsCAD and QGIS. PL-1992 or PL-2000. For architects, surveyors, designers.

  1. Open the parcel report → “Export”.
  2. Choose DXF and the system (PL-1992 or PL-2000).
  3. Open in CAD – layers GRANICA, NUMER, WIERZCHOLKI, SASIEDZI, TABELA, OPIS.
  4. Agent: attach the DXF to the offer or send it to the client’s architect.

GeoJSON – parcel in GIS and web maps

Parcel geometry with data (TERYT, commune, area, zoning) in WGS84 or PL-1992. For QGIS, ArcGIS, a map on the agency website or portal.

  1. Report → “Export” → GeoJSON (WGS84 or 2180).
  2. Drag the file into QGIS or load it into a web map (Leaflet/MapLibre/Google My Maps).
  3. Agent: show the parcel boundary on the map in the online offer.
